John Simm is to reprise his role as The Master in the The End Of Time sporting a bleach blonde haircut. The Master was last seen in The Last Of The Time Lords dying in the Doctors arms after being shot by his wife. Like the Doctor's other arch enemies the Daleks, death isn't something that is going to stop the Master from causing trouble.
